This Innovator Insight explores a strategy to refine the downstream process by optimizing capture from clarified feeds using weak anion exchange with Capto™ DEAE resin. A subsequent Capto Core 700 resin polishing step utilizing different buffer pH values and flow rates is also evaluated.
